ANGEL VENTURE FAIR DAY ACTIVITIES
Each company will have a designated table/booth set for the entire day in the grand ballroom. Attendees walk around the exhibit floor throughout the day and meet with the companies. In the morning presentations are given in breakout rooms by non-university exhibitors only. These exhibitors will have a designated time to present and will be away from their table for approximately 15 minutes. Breakfast, lunch and a all day coffee, tea and water station is including for all guests and exhibitors. After lunch, awards are presented, followed by the guest speaker. The Venture Fair is a wonderful opportunity to meet innovative companies, connect with investors, network and learn something new.
7:30 a.m. – Doors open
7:30 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. – **Attendee check-in, networking, & breakfast
8:00 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. – Welcoming remarks
8:10 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. – All 34 companies give a 30 second pitch in Lincoln Hall
8:50 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Presentations given by Non-University Companies in breakout rooms; Networking and visiting company booths/tables
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Lunch
1:00 p.m. – 1:10 p.m. – David Freschman Award presented
1:10 – 1:15 p.m. – Most Promising University Company award presented
1:15 p.m. to 1:55 p.m. – Keynote Speaker – Brian Cohen, followed by Q&A
2:00 pm. to 2:30 p.m. – All 34 companies give a 30 second pitch in Lincoln Hall
2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Networking and visiting company booths/tables
4 p.m. – Event concludes
